Congratulations to two new brown belts Tim Richie and David Tong, as well as to Jason Awada and James Hampton who got graded to purple belt level and Nicholas Zhivanovich who is now blue belt. All gradings took place at Jorge semiar last monday and are well deserved.

Congratulations to Romanos Moussa for getting first place in the Australian Submission No-Gi Grappling Championships.

Well done to everyone else from Roots Bexley that competed, in particular to Alex Vasilovski and James Hampton for 2nd place finishes.

Congratulations to our head instructor Rob as his wife just gave birth to beautiful daughter Vera! That is wonderful news and we all looking forward to see the photos of very happy family!

Well done to the competitors in ISKA grappling competition, we again dominated with Roumanos Moussa, Alistair Campbell and Nick Zhivanvich bring home the gold medals.
