First class free

The first class is completely FREE and so joining the class is the best way is to see for yourself if you would enjoy Thai-Boxing and/or Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Please contact us if you have any questions on our FREE class offer.

  • Kids Jiu-Jitsu 4.30pm - 5.30pm (Rob)
  • Teenage Jiu-Jitsu 5.30pm - 6.30pm (Rob)
  • Women's Thai-Boxing 6.30pm - 7.25pm (Rob)
  • Jiu-Jitsu white belts, 0 or 1 stripes only 7.30pm - 8.30pm (Rob)
  • Jiu-Jitsu white belts, 2-4 stripes and above - 8.30pm - 9.30pm (Rob)

TUESDAY

  • Jiu-Jitsu Beginners 6.30pm - 7.30pm (Steffen)
  • Thai-Boxing Beginners (white and yellow shirts ) 7.30pm - 8.30pm (big Rob)
  • Thai-Boxing Advanced (green shirts and up) 8.30pm - 9.30pm (big Rob)

WEDNESDAY

  • Kids Jiu-Jitsu 4.30pm - 5.30pm (Jason)
  • Teenage Jiu-Jitsu 5.30pm - 6.30pm (Jason)
  • Women's Thai-Boxing - 6.30pm - 7.50pm (big Rob)

SATURDAY

  • Thai-Boxing (all grades) 10am
  • Open mat 11.15pm - 12.30pm

Just a quick reminder that from monday the 4th normal classes resume and we are back in training. Rob Naumoski will be back in action at the end of the month and till then Tim will be in charge of BJJ.

Just a reminder that this saturday at 3 Myoora Rd. Terrey Hills the seminars are on. 9am till 1pm Judo, then lunch break. 3pm till 7pm Jiu-Jitsu seminar and gradings. Then on sunday 11am start the internal comp and we are defending champions, and at 3pm is the Roots Xmas bbq.

Xmas party will be at Rocksia Hotel, 299-307 Princes Hwy., Arncliffe. Will start at 7.30PM and so there is no training. Also the last training session will be on Wednesday 23rd December and we will reopen on Monday the 4th January. Rob (BJJ)  will be overseas from this Wednesday and Tim will be in charge of Jiu-Jitsu while he's gone.
