Just for today (Monday 27th/04) the kid's class has been cancelled. Sorry for the inconvenience. Wednesday's class is on as normal.
paulo seminar
Just a reminder to all that this wednesday starting 8pm to 10pm will be Paulo Seminar. It will be both gi and nogi. The cost s $50 and attendance is a must for all.

bjj documentary
Quite a while ago George send me a link to documentary on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Only today I had a chance to actualy watch it, and can honestly say its pretty damn interesting. It features whole bunch of BJJ legends and apparently was made by George's mate. Thanks George!
