Womens Jiu-Jitsu class will take place every friday from 6pm till 7pm and will be taught by Steffen. If you have any friends and family that wish to try the first session is free of charge.

I've just updated BJJ belt rankings of our gym and so if you ever wonder who is what belt colour then you will find all this info in our rankings section. Listing is still incomplete and if you've been graded and your name is not in there, we will probably include it with next update.

paulos seminar on sunday

Next Paulo's seminar will take place on Sunday the 14th in Bondi gym. Will start at 1pm and finish at 5pm, so we should get solid few hours of training. The gym address is 42 Spring Street,attendance is compulsory for all and cost is $60.

Congratulations to Steffen And Tashe as yesterday during seminar they got graded to purple belts. As usual seminar was pretty sucessful and if I'm not mistaken Bexley team won team and single competitions.

timetable changes

From next week timetable changes and new, updated one can be found on the left or in timetable section. Briefly, BJJ classes are changed on monday/wednesday, other days stay same. From 7.30pm will be class for non-graded and one striped white belts only, and after, starting 8.30pm will be class for all the rest, so 2 stripes or above and colored belts.
