We had another great seminar from Paulo yesterday. Just when you think you really understand the basics, he’s able to totally freshen and sharpen them up. Yesterday’s seminar covered passing guard, keeping a strong base, and how to avoid being pulled to guard. Thanks again Paulo, and congratulations to Emre for grading to purple belt and Chris for grading to blue. Well done also to Ben and Haydur on their stripes.
