Ultimate Jiu Jitsu was founded by head BJJ instructor Robert Naumoski, with the goal of teaching martial arts skills that would benefit the community. The culture of the dojo goes hand-in-hand with healthy living. Competitions are viewed as a pathway to enhance and refine skills, and build the team spirit.
“When I’m coaching someone, it’s about getting them to be the best they can be,” says Robert, “it’s about getting the right balance between training and living.” This balance and culture, combined with the superior instructors at Ultimate Jiu Jitsu is a winning combination. Robert and his team trained the first Aussie champions of the World Professional Jiu Jitsu Championship in Abu Dhabi, in both the Gi and No Gi divisions; and the first Australian Kid’s World Champions. Roots St George students have also won countless numbers of State and National Championships since 2003.
Today, Ultimate Jiu Jitsu is a full-time dojo with morning, lunchtime and evening classes for kids, teenagers and adults at all levels of skill. As part of our objective to benefit the local community through martial arts, we are involved with local schools as part of their weekly sport curriculum, uniquely incorporating self defence with an anti-bullying program. We are also an Active Kids provider.
Ultimate Jiu Jitsu has proudly produced 22 black belts to date, five of whom have opened their own dojos around Sydney, further contributing to the growing UJJ family.

Get ready to take your training and fitness to the next level with Ultimate Kickboxing. Head Instructor Ferri Malik is here to train you to increase your core strength, balance and hand-eye coordination, and take you through a series of offensive and defensive techniques and drills.
“At Ultimate Kickboxing, we want you to understand why, when, what and how to use Kickboxing in any scenario and situation,” says Ferri, “So we break down each category of Kickboxing. From the correct stance and positions of the hand and feet, to the details of the punch, kick, knee and elbow movements, so that you feel completely comfortable performing them.”
A central part of the martial art is also body conditioning, so you can only start to imagine how learning this effective stand-up martial art is going to discipline, condition and strengthen your body with an incredible head-to-toe workout during sessions.
Above all, Ferri wants Ultimate Kickboxing to instill confidence in all his students in a fun and safe environment, “It’s so rewarding when students and clients tell me how much better they feel both physically and mentally. They relieve stress through kickboxing, get fit and love their training.”
